James T. Oliver

Executive Director

James T. Oliver is a seasoned agricultural finance and ranching professional with more than three decades of experience in agricultural lending, land conservation, and rural business leadership.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, James has held agricultural lending positions with J.P. Morgan Chase and has extensive experience working with cattle operations across Texas and the Great Plains. He is also an owner and operator of Cameron & Oliver Ranch Co., LLC, managing diversified ranching operations in Texas.

James has a strong commitment to agriculture, land stewardship, and rural communities. His leadership and service include board roles with the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Texas Agricultural Land Trust, Texas Foundation for Conservation, Texas Wildlife Association, and Ozona Bank. He is also a graduate of the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Program.
